Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. The article submitted has never been published before in a journal or other place.
  2. The article must be the author's original work and must be accompanied by a statement that it is not the result of plagiarism or contains elements of plagiarism.
  3. Articles must be in accordance with the scope and theme of the journal Repo: (1) Religious Policy Analysis, (2) Religious Policy Evaluation, and (3) Religious Policy Thought.
  4. Articles must be written in Indonesian or English (United States English) with a formal style and structure. Because this journal is a scientific study that is fully reviewed by Mitra Bebestari (a peer reviewer), informal manuscripts will not be accepted.
  5. Articles must be written in Microsoft Word documents (MS Word), 1.5 spacing, Georgia 12 pt font.
  6. Articles must be written between about 7,000 and 10,000 words, including body text, all tables, figures, notes, and a list of references.
  7. The author has the responsibility to carefully check the accuracy of the quotations, grammar, tables, and figures before submission.
  8. Authors have the responsibility to revise their articles after receiving reviews from the editorial board.
  9. Authors must register with the electronic scientific journal REPO prior to submitting their paper and complete the form.
  10. Articles must be submitted via online submission at OJS REPO.
  11. Articles submitted will be reviewed or checked by the editorial board first before being sent to reviewers.
  12. The author must adjust the writing of the manuscript or article with the "Circuit Template" provided by the REPO Journal.

MANUAL STRUCTURE

  1. TITLE
  2. author's name, affiliation, address, and email address.
  3. Abstract (consists of 250–300 words and consists of research problems, research methods used, research findings, analysis, and research conclusions (discussion)0.
  4. Keywords (3-5 words or phrases)
  5. INTRODUCTION (consists of background statements, research questions, and a literature review.)
  6. METHOD (includes an explanation of the location and time of the research, the type and nature of the research, data collection techniques, and data analysis methods.)
  7. DISCUSSION (Exploring the significance of research results, not repeating them, and using a theoretical framework in analyzing research findings)
  8. RECOMMENDATIONS
  9. CLOSING
  10. REFERENCES

Contains all citations and references used in the article. References used are at least 10 references, at least 60% from publications of the last 5 years, and at least 70% from primary sources.

WRITING SYSTEM

A. TITLE

  1. The title must be clear and concise and describe objectives, models, and research objects.
  2. The title must contain the main research variables.
  3. The title must be typed in bold and capital letters.
  4. Use Cambreria font, size 16 pt, max. 20 words.

B. AUTHOR'S NAME

  1. The author's name must be typed under the title of the article without an academic degree.
  2. The author's address (affiliate address) must be typed below the author's name.
  3. The author's email address must be typed below the author's address.
  4. If there is more than one author, the conjunction "and" should be used instead of the "&" symbol.

C. ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS

  1. Abstract: a summary of the article consisting of research problems, research methods used, research findings, analysis, and research conclusions (discussion).
  2. Abstracts must be written in one paragraph, single spaced, and italicized using Georgia font, size 11 pt.
  3. The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
  4. The word "abstract" must be typed in bold, capital letters, and italics.
  5. Keywords should consist of 3-5 words or phrases.
  6. Key words must be typed in italics.

 D. HOW TO DISPLAY TABLES

  1. The table title is placed directly above the table, left-aligned, using Georgia font size 11 pt.
  2. The words "table" and "numbers" are written in bold, while the table title is written normally (in sentence case).
  3. Numbering table titles using Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.)
  4. The table is placed on the left side of the page.
  5. Fill in the table using Georgia font size 11 pt, single spacing.
  6. The inclusion of sources or information is placed at the bottom of the table, left aligned, in italics, and written using Georgia 11 pt. font.

E. HOW TO SHOW IMAGES

  1. Images can be graphs, matrices, photos, diagrams, and the like, placed in the center of the page (centered).
  2. The title of the image is written below the image, using Georgia 11-point font, and placed on the left of the image.
  3. The words "image" and "numbers" are written in bold, using Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.), while the contents are written in sentence case.
  4. The inclusion of sources or information is placed under the image title, left aligned, in italics, using Georgia 11 pt font.
  5. Images are loaded in.jpg,.jpeg, or.tif file formats with black and white colors, unless colors have a certain meaning, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

F. HOW TO DISPLAY THE EQUATION

  1. The equations must be written sequentially in the text.
  2. Equation numbers must be placed between parentheses and right-aligned.
  3. The equation must be referred to as Equation (X) in the text, where is an equal number.
  4. In multiple-line equations, the number must be written on the last line.

H. CITATION AND REFERENCE SYSTEM

The REPO journal citation, citation, or reference method is based on the American Psychological Association (APA) Version 6. It is recommended to use the Mendeley reference application.
