Vol. 1 No. 2 (2022)In this edition, we highlight important issues related to the management of Islamic educational institutions based on religious moderation, the teaching of character and etiquette for teachers and students based on the study of the book "Dawâul Qulûb ilâ Allâm al-Ghuyûb," as well as the ideal orientation for quality management of Islamic education in the disruptive era. Additionally, we also explore strengthening students' characters through integrated Indonesian language education, mainstreaming religion in the digital realm for university students, strategies for enhancing scientific literacy in madrasas in the digital era, and the significance of religious moderation in building solidarity through ethics and politics.
Through these various articles, we hope to provide useful insights and a better understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by Islamic educational institutions, as well as the role of religion in modern life. These articles are also expected to contribute to practitioners, academics, and policymakers involved in the development of Islamic education.
Happy reading, and may the articles in this journal provide valuable inspiration and understanding. We hope this journal can serve as a means to support the development of sustainable and high-quality religious policies.

Vol. 2 No. 2 (2023)The current edition features seven scholarly articles that explore various dimensions of religious policy in global and local contexts. The edition begins with an interesting article titled "Unwritten Policy, Contradiction Or Acceptance In Turkish Society Viewed From A Religious Life Prespective." This article provides deep insights into unwritten policies and contradictions in Turkish society, particularly about the Turkish government's policy towards the Alevi community.
Continuing with "A Historical And Political Review Of Singapore's Policy Towards The Malays And The Muslims," this article presents a deep analysis of political policy in Singapore towards the Malay and Muslim communities, taking into account the historical and political context that surrounds it.
"Evaluation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs' Religious Building Assistance Program Using the CIPP Model" takes readers on a deep reflection on the religious building assistance program in Indonesia, providing a critical view through the use of the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product).
Next, "Analysis In The Legal Dynamics Of Coenant Via Internet In Indonesia," discusses the challenges and legal dynamics of marriage through the internet in Indonesia, providing a sharp analysis of legal developments in the context of modern technology.
The next article, "Improving Digital Transformation and Sustainability in Indonesian Halal Food SMEs: A Performance Modeling Study," explores strategies to improve digital transformation and sustainability in Indonesian micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the halal food industry.
"Model of Cultural Heritage Preservation, Environmental Conservation, and Cultural Promotion: A Study of the Cipari Kuningan Archaeological Site," takes readers into a deep understanding of how cultural heritage preservation models can empower environmental conservation and cultural promotion, through a case study of the Cipari Kuningan Archaeological Site.
Finally, "Accompaniment of Services at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Jalancagak Subang Regency in the Implementation of Halal Certification Policy" provides a comprehensive overview of the challenges and solutions in the implementation of halal certification policy at the local level.
Overall, the current edition of the journal REPO makes a significant contribution to our understanding of the various dimensions of religious policy. The articles presented in this edition are written by competent academics and practitioners in their field, and provide in-depth and relevant analysis for various contexts.

The Journal of Religious Policy or REPO publishes research articles that focus on religious policy, such as; Analysis of Religious Policy, Evaluation of Religious Virtue, and Thought on Religious Policy. This issue is very important to research and study because it relates to harmonious religious life. REPO can be a medium for the diffusion and exchange of ideas and research results, in such a way that researchers, writers and readers from various disciplines have interacted scientifically.
REPO is published twice a year (June and December), and always invites writers, academics and researchers on religious policy in other parts of the world in local and global contexts.

Vol. 2 No. 1 (2023)The REPO Journal Volume 2, Number 1, January-June 2023, opens with an article discussing the continuity of Muslim worship attitudes during and post-pandemic. In a challenging context, this article provides an in-depth understanding of the role and adaptation of Muslim communities in performing worship amidst the pandemic and beyond. The subsequent article focuses on the importance of character education for early childhood as an effort to prevent juvenile delinquency and the negative impacts of gadget use in Indonesia. The implications of policies and parental roles in shaping children's character are the main concerns in this article.
The government's strategies in promoting religious tolerance in a multicultural society are also an equally interesting topic in this volume. The article offers insights into the government's efforts to create harmony and religious coexistence amid the complexities of cultural and religious diversity in Indonesia. Furthermore, the discussion on mainstreaming religious moderation in the regulations governing taklim gatherings in Indonesia provides valuable perspectives on how religious moderation can be integrated into the religious life of the community.
The political strategies of local governments concerning the implementation of Law No. 23 of 2011 on zakat management in Bengkalis Regency are another focal point of an article, exploring how the application of zakat policies at the local level can have a tangible impact on community welfare. Additionally, there is a study on the symbolism of religious moderation in the batik dress code of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs. The article delves into how symbols in clothing can represent the values of religious moderation highly upheld by society.
Lastly, there is an article about the Indonesian Ulema Council's Fatwa on investing hajj funds in infrastructure development in Indonesia. This article provides an overview of the importance of investment direction in line with Islamic principles to support sustainable infrastructure development in the country.

Vol. 3 No. 1 (2024)This edition is proof of our commitment to continue to provide meaningful scientific contributions in the field of religious policy. In this edition, we present seven articles that explore various important issues, provide in-depth analyses, and offer new perspectives in the field of religious policy.
The first article entitled "The Ambiguity of Religious Moderation Implementation in Ahmadiyah and Shia Sects in Indonesia" explores how the concept of religious moderation is applied to Ahmadiyah and Shia communities in Indonesia. The article offers insights into the challenges and opportunities in realising moderation that is inclusive and fair to all religious sects.
Furthermore, the article "Spiritual Counselling Approach in Religious Policies for Rohingya Refugee Response" discusses a spiritually-based policy approach in supporting Rohingya refugees. The article highlights the importance of spiritual and emotional support for refugees facing trauma and hardship.
"Analysis of Constitutional Court Decision Number 97/PUU-XIV/2016 for the Existence of Penghayat Kepercayaan in the Lens of Citizenship Politics" provides a critical review of the impact of the Constitutional Court's decision on penghayat kepercayaan. The article examines how this decision affects their citizenship status and rights.
The next article, "Islamic Cosmopolitanism: Nurcholish Madjid's Ideas and Their Implications for Religious Policy in the Era of Globalisation," explores Nurcholish Madjid's thoughts on Islamic cosmopolitanism and its impact on religious policy in the context of globalisation. The article connects Madjid's ideas with challenges and opportunities in the globalised era.
"Improving Student Character through Innovative Curriculum: A Study of P5-PPRA Programme Implementation in Madrasahs" discusses the implementation of an innovative curriculum programme aimed at improving student character in madrasahs. The article evaluates the success of the programme and its impact on students' character building.
The article "Interpretation and Contextualisation of the Indonesian Ulema Council's Fatwa on Boycotting Israeli Products in Indonesia" provides an analysis of MUI's fatwa on boycotting Israeli products. The article highlights how the fatwa is interpreted and contextualised in Indonesian society.
Finally, the article "Analysing the Effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Productivity of the Research and Development and Training Agency of the Ministry of Religious Affairs" evaluates the factors that influence employee productivity within the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The article provides recommendations for increasing productivity through improvements to the work environment and compensation system.
