Abstract

Perkembangan global industri halal merupakan fenomena yang signifikan, tidak hanya terjadi di negara-negara mayoritas Muslim. Pelabelan halal, yang menjamin kualitas produk, menjadi perhatian dunia. Indonesia, dengan pertumbuhan Islam yang pesat, telah muncul sebagai negara yang berpengaruh besar di sektor halal. Khususnya, industri kuliner halal telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, terutama setelah pandemi COVID-19. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner Indonesia giat mengupayakan sertifikasi halal untuk mendongkrak produktivitas. Namun demikian, mereka menghadapi tantangan seperti persaingan global, pentingnya praktik bisnis yang ramah lingkungan, dan kebutuhan akan transformasi digital. Kajian ini mengintegrasikan prinsip ekonomi sirkular, nuansa pemahaman produk halal, dan dinamika ekonomi digital pada UMKM kuliner halal untuk mencapai kinerja berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei yang melibatkan 357 pemilik UMKM kuliner halal digital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti literasi halal, pengetahuan ekonomi sirkular, dan pemahaman ekonomi digital mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku pemilik UMKM kuliner halal digital. Sikap positif, pada gilirannya, memengaruhi kemampuan dinamis, niat untuk menerapkan praktik bisnis sirkular, dan perilaku aktual. Dampak positif ini pada akhirnya mengarah pada peningkatan kinerja UMKM Halal yang diukur melalui pendekatan Triple Bottom Line (TBL).
